Was Sie an dieser Unterkunft lieben werden

We have ocean view glimpses from some windows and our outside patio. All 3 bedrooms are on the top floor. The master bedroom has a en-suite bathroom and its own private deck. There is a main bathroom for the other two bedrooms. Kitchen, dining, powder and living rooms are on the main floor. A large deck is accessible from the living room and a large private garden patio with BBQ is accessible from the kitchen. The ground floor includes a laundry room and a garage to park a car or medium sized SUV (not large enough for a pickup truck). The home has lots of windows and is a very bright space. 2 decks & 1 patio allow dining al fresco. Air conditioning makes the summer very comfortable. We have a kayak in our garage available for your use. We have a Labrador Retriever and, although we keep the home immaculately clean, if you are allergic to pets this accommodation most likely won't be a good fit for you (please note that we don't require that you look after our dog). Please do water the indoor plants and the plant pots on the outside patio area. This is our vacation home so you will encounter minimal personal belongings.

Mill Bay is a quaint, quiet seaside village. It’s located between Victoria and Nanaimo. Our 3 level condo (2164 sq ft) is in a development of only 14 high-end condos. It is a very quiet street. 100 steps away from our condo is a public boat ramp where you can swim or launch a kayak or a paddle board. Beside the boat ramp, at the marina, you will also find Bridgeman's Pub. Enjoy lunch or dinner while marvelling at the ocean view. There is a village shopping centre that is a 5 min walk up the street where you have a lovely grocery store, liquor store, pharmacy, espresso coffee shop, sushi, pizza, ice cream truck in summer, hip clothing - everything you could need! We are directly beside Brentwood College School which is a private, waterfront boarding high school. Brentwood offers summer camps for children. Our kids have enjoyed theatre and rock band camps here. Brentwood also offers other music and soccer camps. We are a 25 min drive to Langford (a community of greater Victoria) and a 40 min drive to the waterfront promenade in downtown Victoria (in front of the Hotel Fairmont Empress). We are a 20 min drive to Duncan, a 53 min drive to the Victoria International Airport (YYJ), a 55 min drive to Swartz Bay ferry terminal (Victoria to Tsawwassen) and a 58 min drive to Duke Point ferry terminal (South Nanaimo to Tsawwassen). The world famous beaches of Parksville are less than 1.5 hours drive away and Tofino is less than a 4 hour drive. We are a 15 min bike ride or a 5 min car ride to the Mill Bay to Brentwood Bay ferry. We often take our bikes across the very scenic inlet to explore Brentwood Bay and the Saanichton area, it's only a 25 min ferry ride. You could also ride your bikes to the world famous Buchart Gardens from the ferry terminal on the other side. Pre purchase your ferry tickets at the Thrifty Foods grocery store at Mill Bay shopping centre up the road or purchase them at the ferry terminal. https://www.bcferries.com/routes-fares/schedules/daily/BTW-MIL https://www.butchartgardens.com/ If you don't have a car, we are on the bus route to Victoria and to Duncan. Restaurants we love: Brugo's Coffee, located just steps away within Mill Bay Centre. Fantastic cappuccino and baked treats. Home made donuts on Fridays. 5 min walk from our front door. Unsworth Vineyards, lovely upscale restaurant in a heritage farm house, wood fired pizza on the outside patio during the summer season and a beautiful wine tasting room. 7 min drive away. The Lakehouse at Shawnigan, a renovated old log house made into a hipster farm to table eatery. Amazing views of Shawigan Lake, beautiful patios during the summer season. 13 min drive away. Drumroaster Coffee, delicious roasted on site coffee and treats. Located in Valley View Centre. 9 min drive away. Prima Strata, wood fired Italian style pizza and gelato. Located in Valley View Centre. 9 min drive away. True Grain Bakery. Artisanal bakery, they grind their own flour, The breads, baguettes, bagels, cinnamon buns are delicious. 13 min drive away. Leeward Cafe. Owned by True Grain Bakery and located right next door. Amazing sandwiches & baked goods made using True Grain breads. Modern Coastal themed eatery has ocean views of stunning Cowichan Bay. 13 min drive away. The Masthead Restaurant. A gem of a restaurant, delicious seasonal menu. Cozy little historical building overlooking the Cowichan Bay marina. Fantastic place for fresh seafood, dinner, weekend brunch and classic cocktails. 13 min drive away.
