Was Sie an dieser Unterkunft lieben werden

Our apartment is located very centrally, within walking distance to most if not all attractions you may want to explore. At the same time, it is surprisingly bright and zen (faces one of the largest parks Sarajevo features), and is very quiet. In the apartment, you will find a living room with a dining area and an expandable sofa (which you will need if you are more than 2 guests), a spacious bedroom with plenty of storage space and a queen-sized bed, a fully functional kitchen including a washing machine, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a balcony from which you can enjoy one of the most beautiful views our city has to offer. You will reach our apartment through a staircase, by climbing to the (European) fourth floor. There is no elevator, hence, the apartment is unfortunately not fit for use by disabled persons. Please note that this is a non-smoking and pet-free apartment (smoking is possible on the balcony). Prior to your arrival, the apartment will be cleaned professionally and it will be stocked with essentials including towels and bedding (we will ask you to participate in those costs by paying EUR 30 prior to your departure). We request all our guests to behave respectfully toward our neighbors and the apartment and leave it in the best condition possible. While the apartment does not have an own, assigned parking space, vacant spaces can often be found in neighboring streets and there is also a large public /free-of-charge parking lot located in less than 5min walking distance. Since we don’t live in this apartment anymore, you won’t have the feeling that you are “invading our privacy” nor will you need to share it with someone. Still, we will do our best to welcome you and to see you out (but have ways to hand you over the keys even should this not be possible). Also, there are no plants to water or animals to take care of, and you can fully focus on yourselves and your plans. We receive guests in this apartment through another portal as well (we are proud Superhosts with more than 50 continuously positive reviews), which is why there are days on which you may not be able to book it. Still, it is worth checking in with us should you see that the period you desire is not available. Let us know should you have questions and hope to see/host you soon.

Most historical sights, attractions and shopping centres Sarajevo has to offer are within walking distance. You are unlikely to need a taxi or public transportation during your stay unless you plan to leave the town and explore other towns, the mountains, or the coast. If you wish to mingle and explore Sarajevo's nightlife, in under 5 mins, you will be amidst it. Sarajevans are well-known for their approachability and friendliness, as you will find out very quickly - just go out and see for yourself. The street our apartment is located on is super convenient for living, featuring numerous grocery stores, food parlours, bakeries, cafes, and banks/exchange offices, but also for getting away should you opt to do so (several busses stop nearby and there is also a taxi rank down the street).

Die Lage dieser Wohnung ist kaum zu übertreffen - sie liegt sehr zentral, nur wenige Gehminuten von den meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten entfernt. Trotzdem ist sie hell und ruhig, und die Aussicht, die sie bietet (sie überschaut einen der größten Parks Sarajewos) wird sie entzücken. In der Wohnung finden Sie ein Wohnzimmer mit Essbereich und einem ausziehbaren Sofa, ein geräumiges Schlafzimmer mit Queensize-Bett und viel Staumöglichkeit, eine voll funktionierende Küche samt Waschmaschine, ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne, sowie ein Balkon, an dem Sie ggf. sich eine Zigarette gönnen können. Bitte beachten sie, dass dies eine Nichtraucherwohnung ist, und auch, dass das Gebäude größtenteils von älteren Nachbarn bewohnt wird, die ihre Ruhe schätzen. Unsere Wohnung befindet sich auf der 4. Etage eines fünfstöckigen Gebäudes und ist über eine Treppe zu erreichen. Das Gebäude verfügt über keinen Aufzug und ist somit nicht behindertengerecht. Ihr findet die Wohnung blitzblank vor (vor Ihrer Ankunft wird sie seitens einer Fachkraft gereinigt und mit sauberer Bettwäsche und Handtüchern ausgestattet - insgesamt erheben wir dafür ein Entgelt von EUR 30, welches einen Teil der Kosten, die wir an den Waschsalon und die Hygienefrau bezahlen, darstellt) und wir bitten Sie, sie soweit wie möglich sauber zu hinterlassen, da wir auf profesionelle Reinigung oft einige Tage warten müssen. Die Wohnung selbst hat zwar keinen zugeteilten Stellplatz, allerdings werden in angrenzenden Straßen immer wieder Parkplätze frei. Auch ist in weniger als 5 Gehminuten ein großer öffentlicher/kostenloser Parkplatz erreichbar (sende nach Bedarf gerne die GPS-Koordinaten zu). Wir werden unser Bestes geben, sie persönlich willkommen zu heißen und zu verabschieden. Falls das aber nicht klappt, gibt es alternative Möglichkeiten. Die Wohnung wird regelmäßig auch über ein anderes Portal an Touristen vermietet und wir sind stolze Superhosts mit 50 durchgehend positiven Feedbacks. Wenn Sie Interesse haben oder Fragen haben, stehen wir gerne zur Verfügung.

Was Sie im Nachbarschafts-Viertel lieben werden

Meiste Sehenswürdigkeiten und Einkaufszentren und sogar Aussichtspunkte sind innerhalb von wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen. Außerdem sind zahlreiche Lebensmittelgeschäfte, Bäckereien, Fressbuden und Cafes in unserer Straße zu finden. Sie werden nur selten, wenn überhaupt, städtische Verkehrsmittel, Auto oder Taxi brauchen.
