Enter the front door of this charming cottage to a living area with a cozy fireplace and plush couch that you can easily curl up on and watch your favorite movie on the flat screen TV. A galley kitchen with mainstream stainless steel appliances and all the cooking items you need for a family dinner is nearby featuring a dining area for 6.
OUTDOOR GATHERING SPACE
Open up the lovely French doors from this dining area to a large screen porch with additional seating at the long picnic style table with bench seating and extra chairs. A fire pit is available for guest use just outside this porch area for roasting marshmallows. Or enjoy a cup of coffee on the bench swing out front.

Manatee's Retreat is located in a quiet area with trees and is surrounded by windows to let the summer breeze in. Relax on the oversized couch by the fireplace in the winter, or listen to the birds from the tower room in the spring. Golf cart included seasonally with this home.
