Maison confortable en banlieue de Montréal, tout près des Laurentides. Beaucoup de luminosité et de tranquillité, très propre et confortable. Cottage avec trois chambres. Deux chambres à l'étage : chambre avec lit double et salle de bain desservant cette chambre; Chambre des maîtres avec "walk-in" et salle de bain attenante, comprenant un lit king avec matelas très confortable et télévision à la chambre. Chambre à coucher au sous-sol très spacieuse, avec espace détente et télévision, comportant un lit simple avec lit d'appoint, permettant de coucher deux personnes puis aussi un sofa lit permettant de coucher deux autres personnes. Cuisine assez spacieuse et bien équipée, comptoir de granite. Il y a aussi une salle d'eau avec laveuse-sécheuse près de la cuisine. Grand patio attenant à la cuisine pour y prendre vos repas et accéder à la piscine. Salon confortable pour relaxer et profiter du grand écran. Le sous-sol est aménagé avec une salle de jeux de société et un coin tennis de table. Grande maison qui a tout pour satisfaire une grande famille. L'été, un aménagement de cours en fait un lieu de détente idéal : Grand patio avec gazébo, piscine chauffée, aménagement de spa mobilier de jardin recouvert d'un abris, trampoline. L'hiver, l'aménagement intérieur est propre aux divertissements : Salle de jeu de Société (plus de 1000 jeux), tennis de table, salon avec immense télévision, Salle de séjour très lumineuse avec coin lecture. Chrysler Pacifica peut être disponible dans l'échange (capacité 7 personnes). Nous sommes non fumeur. Nous avons un petit chien Morkipoo qui se fera garder par d'autres personnes durant l'échange.

À moins de cinq minutes de voiture de toutes les commodités : épicerie, pharmacie, nombreux restaurants. magasin (Walmart, Dollarama, Winners, épicerie fine, fruiterie). L'école primaire, située à 100 mètre, a un grand terrain de jeu et un terrain de tennis public et volleyball. Le charmant quartier du vieux St-Eustache, à quelques kilomètre, garde les traces de la bataille des Patriotes de 1837. Dans les environs, vous trouverez quelques vignobles, un musée pour les animaux exotiques, un parc d'autruches, un champs de lavande, le parc provincial d'Oka, des cabanes à sucre, des vergers.

Cozy house in Montréal's North Suburb, situated in the south Laurentians. Luminous and quiet, big renovated kitchen, Chrysler Pacifica could be made available. In the summer time, the backyard layout makes it an ideal place to relax and enertain: Large patio with gazebo, heated swimming pool, spa and garden furnitures under a permanet steel roof gazebo,, trampoline. In the winter time, the interior layout is great to relax and have fun: Board game room ( a collection of more than 1000 board games), table tennis, living room with huge television, very bright living room with reading area. The house has three bedrooms: a master room with walk-in closet and adjoining bathroom, another bathroom upstairs servicing the adjoining one bedroom and the office. The third bedroom is in the basement, the bed can enlarge to a king bed and as aslo a "futon" sofa, that can sleep two adults comfortably. There is also a bathroom with washer-dryer near the kitchen, to accommodate the entire ground floor. This house is perfect to welcome a large family. We are no smoker. Your small dog wont be at home during your stay.

Less than five minutes by car from all amenities: grocery store, pharmacy, many restaurants. Shopping (Walmart, Winners, delicatessen, fruit store). 15 minutes from Costco. The primary school, located 100 meters away, has a large playground and a public tennis and volleyball court. The charming and historic old St-Eustache, by the side of the Thousand-Island river is nice : there are pedestrian walkways and you can see the traces of the historical Patriot's rebellion of 1837 on the historical church (some cannoball impacts are still visible). In the surroundings countryside, you will find discover vineyards, a museum for exotic animals, an ostrich park, lavender fields, Oka Provincial Park, sugar shacks, orchards, and more...
