The village has developed from af smaller station town to a bigger suburb, that now is the home of mainly families with children. In Malling you will find a small cinema, a wine shop, florist, 3 big supermarkets with freshly baked breads and butcher department. A bakery is in the neighbor town Beder, 1 km fra Malling.

A perfect place for 1 or 2 families with or without children. The house is spacious and welcoming .
We have a garden with a big Terrasse, partly shaded with barbecue. A trampoline for the children to play at, a playhouse and two rabbits. Small playground directly in front of the house and a big playground just around the corner.

Close to the city, sea and forest. The city Malling is a suburb to Aarhus. A nice and quit area, mainly populated by families with children, who wants to live close to both city and nature.
