Important: Le gîte est disponible aux échanges uniquement à la semaine et en hors saison. Dans une maison ossature bois que nous avons fait construire en 2015, vous bénéficiez d'un appartement spacieux, lumineux, confortable, calme et écologique. En été vous pourrez bénéficier d'un grand balcon, plein sud, où nous aimons prendre notre petit déjeuner avec la vue panoramique sur les montagnes. En hiver, vous pourrez profiter de la chaleur du poêle à granulés et d'une isolation performante.

La maison est située au pied du village à deux pas de la base de loisirs. Celle-ci comprend un centre aquatique et un spa mettant à votre disposition saunas, jacuzzis, hammam et salle de détente. Vous y trouverez également terrains de tennis, de pétanques et multi-sports, pump track, jeux pour enfants et mini-golf pour divertir petits et grands. Aussois est un village montagnard traditionnel plein de charme où tout peut se faire à pied: Le shopping dans le centre du village, les visties des forts de l'Esseillon, les balades, les sorties escalade, via-ferrata et parcours VTT. C'est aussi le départ de sentiers de grandes randonnées vers le parc National de la Vanoise donnant accès à ses refuges et ses sorties alpinisme en haute montagne. Si vous venez en hiver, vous pourrez prendre la navette (gratuite) devant la maison pour qui vous emmenera en 10 minutes au pied des pistes. Les raquettistes pourrons directement partir en radonnées depuis la maison.

Important: The cottage is available for exchange only on a weekly basis and in the off season. In a wooden frame house that we had built in 2015, you benefit from a spacious, bright, comfortable, quiet and ecological apartment. In summer you can benefit from a large balcony, facing south, where we like to have breakfast with the panoramic view of the mountains. In winter, you can enjoy the warmth of the pellet stove and efficient insulation.

The house is located at the foot of the village, close to the leisure center. This includes an aquatic center and a spa with saunas, jacuzzis, hammam and relaxation room. You will also find tennis, petanque (outdoor bowling) and multi-sports courts, pump track, children's games and mini-golf to entertain young and old. Aussois is a traditional mountain village full of charm where everything can be done on foot: Shopping in the village center, Visits to the Forts de l'Esseilon, walks, climbing outings, via-ferrata and mountain biking trails. It is also the start of long-distance hiking trails to the Vanoise National Park giving access to its refuges and its mountaineering outings in the high mountains. If you come in winter, you can take the shuttle (free) in front of the house, which will take you in 10 minutes to the slopes. Snowshoers will be able to hike directly from the house.
