Was Sie an dieser Unterkunft lieben werden

We offer a modern spacious scandinavian style house (243m2) in a green suburban area of Maarslet close to nature, the beach is not far and also a green area with lakes is on walking & cycle distance. It is close to bigger citys (Aarhus 15 min, Aalborg 1,5 hours and Copenhagen 3 hours) and smaller old towns. We have lived here since 2017 and the area is very new and welcoming. We have a child-friendly but stylish house, great garden and terrace and a lovely neighbourhood. Trampoline, play house, football court, bicycles and inflatable pool is available. Fully equipped kitchen. Modern child friendly living room with playroom. The house has 4 bedrooms: 3 on the first floor with 1 master bedroom recently redecorated with new king size boxspring 180x220cm) and 2 kids bedrooms with normal-sized beds (80x200 cm) that can be changed into double beds. There is also a sofa-bed in our warm, cozy and nicely decorated basement, and also we have a madras in the kids playroom on the main floor (with lots of LEGO and games). Also available: high toddler chair, nursing units etc. and a lot of toys for all ages. Perfect fo a family with kids. We have wifi, smart computer, smart TV including free access to Netflix, Viaplay, Spotify, TV2 play, HBO Nordics, etc. We also have a Playstation with games to use and in the basement we have decorated a real ‘man cave’ with dart, shuffleboard, beer fridge, etc. Outside is a wonderland for both adults and kids. We have 2 large balconies on the 1st floor and a huge terrace with barbecue area right outside the kitchen. We also have a trampoline, a large playhouse with both a slide and a sandbox, a football goal and football bouncer, and all sorts of toys and bikes. We also have a large inflatable pool.

Our neighbourhood is suburban and green with a lot of parks and playgrounds. It is a suburb of Aarhus, the second biggest city in Denmark, and just around the corner are both forrest, beaches, museums, great restaurants (ranging from several michelin-starred restaurants to diverse streed food kitchens) and a lot more. We will give you a good list of places to visit!

Was Sie an dieser Unterkunft lieben werden

Vores hjem er en ny, dejlig og meget børnevenlig liebhaver-villa fra 2012 i to plan samt tilhørende kælder. Vi er en familie på 5 med 3 små børn (7, 4 og 3 år), så huset er naturligvis veludstyret ift legetøj, børnemøbler, osv. I haven findes der derfor også både trampolin, legehus, sandkasse og fodboldbane

Was Sie im Nachbarschafts-Viertel lieben werden

Vores dejlige bolig ligger tæt på både skov og strand med direkte stiforbindelse til Marselisskovene og Moesgaard Strand. Der er dermed gode muligheder for at øve terrænkørsel med en mountainbike, men ellers er der også cykelsti til både indkøb og Letbanen, som ligger 5 minutters cykeltur fra adressen. Dernæst har I blot 150 meter til Mårslet Bypark, og centrum af Aarhus når I på en halv time i bil.
