Discover the perfect home away from home in our newly built, stylish and house! Located in a small residential area, this spacious home (>175 m2) provides plenty of room for families or a few couples alike. Enjoy the modern, state of the art kitchen, cozy lounge atmosphere, or relax in the garden with a BBQ. - newly built house (feb 2020) - 3 double bedrooms (extra airbed in study is possible) - home cooking in modern, state of the art kitchen - bbq and lounge in the garden - we have two dogs and one cat who are not allowed upstairs/in bedrooms etc.

Experience the beauty of nature and explore the outdoors with the walking trail right next door! Enjoy the lovely views of the surrounding area and take in the tranquil setting of Vinkeveen with very easy & fast access to Amsterdam and Utrecht. Plus, take advantage of the many local activities such as sailing, boating, fishing, cycling, supping etc! - safe residential area located in green & natural environment - hiking trail next door and many more walking trails nearby - cycling possibilities everywhere( cycling is THE dutch way for transportation ;-) ) - the Vinkeveen lakes; a 5 minute ride away - family restaurants in different pricing range close by - sailing & boating in our village (rental possibilities) - tennis & padel at 5 minutes walking - other watersports (sup, canoe, diving) in extremely clean, sweet water - lake fishing Distances by car: - 20 minutes from Schiphol airport - 25 minute drive into city centres of Amsterdam and Utrecht - 30 minutes from Haarlem and more or less all main tourist attraction - 40 minutes from the lovely North sea beaches

- we have turned one of our spare bedrooms in a home office due to COVID-19. We have taken out the double bed, but there is room for a comfortable extra (1,40) air bed. - public transport: 15 minute drive to the closest train station (free parking) and 15 min to Amsterdam or Utrecht Centre Busstop with half hourly service to Amsterdam : 5 min. walking distance - we can discuss the possible use of our open sloop/boat to explore the Vinkeveen lakes (6/8-persons)

Our brand new home is a daily joy to us. It is spacious but feels very warm and comfortable. It is modern but at the same time has a very cosy feel to it. Lot's of wood and soft tones combined with the ultra modern white kitchen (a place we spend a lot of time in) balances everything nicely. We can all choose which place we prefer to relax: at the fireplace, on the soft and comfortable sofa (t.v.) , at the large 3 meter table or the kitchen isle.

Was Sie im Nachbarschafts-Viertel lieben werden

Our home is a semi-detached in a small and safe residential area located in a very natural setting. It is newly built on the outskirts of a small village. There is a hiking route next to our doorstep. We love to walk there with our dogs. It's also very close to the Vinkeveense Plassen/Vinkeveen lake district, which is more or less a nature reserve as well. By car it 20 minutes from Amsterdam and Utrecht as well as Schiphol. Although very quietly situated, there are supermarkets, restaurants etc. close by (10 min. walk or 5 min. by bike)
