This attractive luxurious apartment is located in the lovely Østerbro close to the lakes and the city center. It’s situated in a quiet street in a beautiful renovated five-storey house from 1893. The apartment has three rooms: a spacious living room with a daybed and dining table, a lovely bedroom with a build-in table and bookcase and a guest room. The kitchen is ideal for cooking, featuring gas cooker, oven and a coffee grinder. All the rooms are filled with light, high ceilings, wooden floors and large white windows with beautiful details.

It’s a wonderful and lively neighborhood where you find lots of coffee shops, wine bars and restaurants. The area is known for its food shops, specialty boutiques and design stores. The neighborhood is very family-friendly with its playgrounds and green areas (Fælledparken, Kastellet and The King’s Garden). It's also quiet at night. The beach is also nearby (only 20 minutes walking), where there are good swimming opportunities and a nice little harbour. If you take a fifteen minutes walk by the lakes you will arrive to the city’s trendy Nørrebro district. This famous area offers top foodie destinations, vintage stores and has a special lively atmosphere at nighttime. You will also find Torvehallerne, a modern style market with some of the best coffee (The Coffee Collective), seafood, chocolate and other delicacies.
