Our 4 bedroom West Coast Style Home is a great family home with luxury and comfort. The spacious main floor with hardwood floors, high ceilings, and designer furnishings. Enjoy cooking in the open concept kitchen with large windows where you enjoy the outdoor view while prepping your meals. You can eat at the four person bar or move over to the eight person glass top dining room table to have a family meal. Enjoy the living room watching Netflix or Amazon prime movies with the built in large TV with full sound system. . After a day enjoying all Vancouver has to offer you can relax in a hot tub and swim spa at the deck. The house offers a private office with 4 desks to get work done if needed. The master bedroom has a king sized bed and vaulted ceilings and a private balcony. The master bathroom is large and comfortable to relax in privacy with separate toilet. Both other bedrooms upstairs have their own en suite with bath and shower, vaulted ceilings and a large double bed each. One room is outfitted for a teenage boy, the other room for a tween girl. The private roof top area is perfect to enjoy the calm neighbourhood with mountain and city views.

Although the street address is Burnaby this home really is close to everything in vancouber ( 2 blocks away for the vancouber boarder). As it is laying the in North of the city it’s closer to the mountains then you would take when living down town. Beaches in the north shore and Kitsilano not far and down town is easily accessible via car or bus route. The Home is located in a private and quite neighborhood with a large park right across the street Including playground, soccer field, tennis court and basketball hoops. The home is located right across the North Shore with the mountains only 15 min. away for biking, hiking and skiing. Down Town Vancouver is 15min . by car or bus and easy accessible. The Vancouver Heights (10min. walk) has small shops and restaurants for convenience.

This is a newly built house and our primary residence. We will treat your house with care and respect and want to make sure that you are will be doing the same when staying in our home. When we leave we will make sure your house is clean and organized (no dirty dishes in the sink and sheets pulled off the beds) and we hope you will do the same for us. We are happy to discuss special accommodations and would love to learn a bit about you before offering our home to you. There is absolutely no smoking on the premises and the inside the house as well as no Parties please:) The house is great for adults and families who can appreciate a family home and know what it means to own and take care of a house. Send us an email if you are interested in other dates we are often away over the weekends and would love to exchange with people if possible
