Architect designed free standing waterfront house. 15 minutes from both the city centre (Amsterdam's Museum, Entertainment and Shopping District) as well as Schiphol Airport. Equipped with a sauna, woodburning fireplace and outdoor kitchen this house is ideal for a getaway weekend or a holiday during every season of the year.. Our small villa in this exclusive waterfront housing community (access for residents only) was converted into a romantic, loft-style space of 100M2 that has been featured in several magazines. Luxurious kitchen/dining and living area with wood-burning fireplace and daybed downstairs, directly on the waterfront with large sliding doors. 7 metre concrete bench. Heated concrete floors. Spectacular teak staircase leading to the master bed/bathroom. Large luxurious bath, with sauna, separate shower and toilet. Large concrete wash basin. Floor to ceiling built-in closets. The house is situated on the edge of the complex and therefore features a unique 330m2 corner south-facing garden with a large veranda, bbq and outdoor kitchen, a dock for two boats and two private parking spaces. Fully furnished and with complete inventory including audio/video. The daybed in the living is easy to convert to a second high quality double bed. Wake up and jump in the swimming water in front of the house, or take the paddle board for a spin. If you know how to handle it, you're most welcome to enjoy our original American Sunchaser flote boat, our comfy lounge and swim platform on the lakes. From your private dock in front of the cottage you have direct acces to the lakes just around the corner. Optionally, you can use our MINI to zip into town, or to the nearby train station (a 5 minute drive), where you can park for free and a train gets you to Amsterdam in 20 minutes Also, shuttle buses to the Amsterdam Metro/Train/Bus station leave every hour all days, on the hour, from the Lucky Lake Bed and Breakfast around the corner. A single ticket is 1 euro and shuttles go between 09:00 AM and 01.15 AM. At just 500 metres from the house, enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner at the luxurious Beachclub Lust and the sandy beach and safe kid’s swimming zone of ‘Eiland 1’ (Island 1).
