Notre maison est située dans un charmant petit village à 25 min. de Montréal où sont toutes les principales attractions du Québec! Également à 15 min. des douanes des États-Unis où vous pourrez profitez des Adirondacks (plein air, superbe ski), de belles villes à proximité comme Burlington, Plattsburgh, Lake Placid, de la côte Est américaine (plages, surf), aller plus loin et visiter New York! Et plus encore! Il y a également beaucoup à faire dans notre région la Montérégie, visitez le site web http://www.tourisme-monteregie.qc.ca . Vous allez adorer! Des petites idées : -Zoo Parc Safari -Festival international des mongolfières de St-Jean-sur-richelieu -Route des cidres, Route des vins de la Montérégie ou encore le Circuit du Paysan -Réseau cyclable de 1000 km presque entièrement asphalté incluant 600 km de pistes cyclables -Parc national du Mont-Saint-Bruno, Parc national des Îles-de-Boucherville, Parc régional St-Bernard -Le temps des sucres -Autocueillette de toutes sortes (verger de pommes, fruits, légumes) -Et +++ Vous aurez la tranquillité et beaucoup d'espace pour la moitié du prix d'une place en ville. Restaurée en 2010 en conservant le charme d'autrefois avec le pièce sur pièce datant du début 1900. Vous pourrez profiter d'un grand terrain de 12 000 pieds carrés avec beaucoup de gros arbres et un jardin. Nous sommes prêts à échanger notre maison pour un weekend dans la province de Québec ou proche aux États-Unis. Ou pour 1-3 semaines dans n'importe quel autre pays du monde! You have the tranquility and a lot of space for half the price of a place in the city. Restored in 2010 keeping the charm of yesterday with the log construction from early 1900 .
