Was Sie an dieser Unterkunft lieben werden

The renovated flat can be found in a 1930-built condominium, on the 4th floor. The building has a historical elevator which has been freshly renovated. The flat is very bright, the sun shines it all day long. The windows look on a big tree, so you can feel yourself near to the nature. :) The flat has a well equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a bigger room which divided by a shelf into a bedroom and a living room. We have unlimited internet (250Mbs), a smart TV and channels on it as well. You can use our computer, scanner and printer also. The inner height is 3.5 meters, so we installed one-one ceiling-ventilator into the kitchen and the living room for circulating the air promoting cooling or heating . The flat has a small shared balcony which is the entrance as well, you can smoke/ sit there watching the birds jumping from one branch to another. This corridor is observed by our wifi-camera, we can switch it off when you stay at our home. You can reach the city centre or the flat in 0/24 by public transport.

The location is one of the best and wealthiest district of Budapest. You can reach easily the city/ party center of Pest, and feel Buda's calm and safe pleasures in the same time. You can reach the following places by walk: Retro bath, called 'Királyfürdő' - 1 min Danube river - 2 min Wonderful sight of Hungarian Parliament - 5 min Metro station - Batthyány square - 5 min Non-stop tram (4-6) station to the city centre - 5 min Margit- Sziget (park-island) - 10 min Buda Castle/ Várkert Bazár - 20 min Sziget festival (by tram) - 10-15 min Shopping mall 'Mammut' - 10 min

It is in the centre of Budapest, but you can hear the birds singing and you can see green everywhere. It is in a quiet, good neighborhood where you can walk without fear even at midnight. Shopping Malls, restaurants, turkish baths and river Danube nearby.
