Hello I do a homeExchange with my secondary and my primary house, they are next to each other but they are saparetd with big garden First few of pictures describe my secondary house , last few of pictures describe my primary house. My primary home is little bit the antique type of house , everything is full of natural wood ,180 m2 with, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 kitchen and big living room with fireplace and piano , central heating and wireless internet and cable tv ,a large beautiful garden with some of natural season vegetables and fruits is between my primary house and secondary house Secondary house is 70 m2 everything is full of natural wood too, on first floor it’s kitchen , living room with big couch you can turn into big bed and 1 bathroom, on second floor it’s bathroom and 2 bedrooms Infront the house it’s the garage and free parking places , large garden and lot of/space for kids to play and making bbq or just relax and enjoy outside in fresh air and sun on sunny day I usually do home exchange with my secondary house , with my primary house I do homeexchange only when it’s nobody there and when I’m on my travels this The downtown is only 10 min walking far away , you even don’t need to catch the cab or use the car .

My primary house and secondary house are next to each other , they are separated with big garden m the neighborhood is very quite , you will love it, because it’s 10 min walking distance to downtown but in very quiet area Grocery store it’s next to the main gate , it’s 1 min walking from my house

im interested in home exchange ( simultaneous or non simultaneous) , housesitting , pets sitting and guest points exchange Cleaning fee: You have the option to clean the place to it's original state (laundry of linens used, bathtub, etc or pay for a cleaning for me to have a maid do it. It's 50 euro cash. I just need to know a week in advance to schedule it.
