Dear home Exchangers, Our beautiful Bali home in Sanur is available all year long for exchange. We are just minute's walking distance to the beach, surf and cycling path. The villa has 2 bedrooms downstairs that sleep up to 4 persons + infant or baby in a baby cot or extra mattress, each with private bathroom and toilet, queen beds 160 x 200, wardrobe, cabinet etc... We have our master bedroom upstairs with en suite wardrobe, bathroom with bathtub, shower and toilet and a connecting private massage room with professional massage table. Our Bali home offers all you need to enjoy perfect vacation. We live 200 meters from Sanur white sand beach and all its pleasant activities, restaurants, spas, yoga barn on the beach, tennis court, golf course at 15 minutes etc.. We have a great swimming pool, 13x4 meters, with water temperature never going below 30 degree and a big garden. Our living area is all opened to the garden and the pool with large aluminium sliding doors and plenty of light inside. There is a private parking area and an automatic electronic gate for our security and privacy. The house keeper takes care of the daily cleaning and the gardener will maintain the pool and the grass mowing... You can drop your suitcase and just enjoy the relaxing Bali life style !! There is a baby bath, a baby cot at your disposal, as well as a few toys for the children. We do have adorable pets... a beautiful lovely 4 yo golden retriever mixed who stays exclusively outdoor and is very quiet, an 11 yo angora cat who is allowed in the living room but not in the other part of the house and our 5 yo rabbit who runs freely in his 6m2 enclosed area, built for him in the garden. All are taken care of by our staff when we are away. They are fully vaccinated. You are most welcome to give them cuddles, we are just asking you to keep them safe and enjoy their company. In Sanur we live by the beach, very near the city center (walk or cycle). There is a fantastic walking track all along the beach starting from our house. It goes for about 8 kilometers along the ocean. You can cycle around Sanur, our little town has a lot to offer, Yoga, Golf, Tennis, kite surf surf, sea kayak and canoe, beautiful spas, restaurants etc... Sanur is a good base to explore Bali, you are 15 minutes from the airport, 20 minutes from Kuta, 25 minutes from Seminyak, 35 minutes from Canggu, 40 minutes from Ubud, 1 hour from Padangbai, 2h00 from Candidasa, 2h30 from Amed, 1h50 from Bedugul, 2h25 from Munduk, 3 hours from Lovina/ Singaraja. Sanur peer is walking distance from the villa where you can hope a 25minutes boat ride to Lembongan and Nusa Penida, our sisters islands.
