Our home is a 1,386 Sq. Ft., 2 bdrm & den condominium, with outstanding views. It is located a short Sky Train (rapid transit) ride to downtown Vancouver BC AND its' suburban setting also provides easy access to a wide variety of outdoor activities. We have panoramic views of mountains and parks. The condominium accommodates 4 very comfortably with a king size bed in the master bedroom and a queen size bed in the second bedroom, 2 bathrooms – one with shower and the other with shower/tub. The den has a pullout double bed. The dining area accommodates 6 comfortably and the kitchen is well equipped with all the tools and basics a “foodie” would expect. One of the key features of our home is that it was developed with a "village concept". There are a number of tower condominiums grouped around a village type area with a wide variety of shops and amenities such as: toy shop, fish store, vegetable market, butcher, grocery stores, hair dressing places as well as pubs, restaurants. The villages are right below where you live - so you just go downstairs to access them. It is right across the street from the community centre and library. There is a nature trail right behind the library that winds around the Inlet with a park at one end and a beach at the other. All of this is connected to downtown Port Moody with brew pubs, more restaurants. One Skytrain stop takes you to Coquitlam Centre - a shopping centre.

Village Living - with 2 minute walks to (2 pubs, Japanese, Chinese, Gourmet Burger, Pizza, Mediterranean, Sushi – Restaurants and a “foodies” delight; butcher shops, fresh seafood store, Italian delicatessen, bakeries, gelato, grocery stores, liquor stores, and coffee shops along with the local library, outstanding fitness and recreation center with tennis courts. Access to everything we need within a two minute walk – no need to drive Location, Location, Location; Sky Train Station: Easy and quick access to downtown Vancouver one of the most beautiful cities on earth, AND easy access to one of the worlds most beautiful natural settings - walking in a natural forest to local beaches and parks (sometimes bears visit!) as well as being adjacent to local natural wonders (mountain climbing and hiking, biking, kayaking, and easy driving access to Whistler/Blackcomb – the most highly rated ski resort in the world, and BC Ferries providing access to Victoria BC and the natural wonders of Vancouver Island and the Pacific Ocean.

The neighbourhood: Our place is part of a development built around a village concept. So we have all the amenities city living can give you - restaurants, pubs, food markets, coffee shops etc. View: Floor to ceiling windows with a view up Burrard Inlet and the North Short Mountains.
