Cosy three roomed flat in the calm garden suburb of Budapest with safe parking The flat is located in a close housing estate that contains 170 flats. The flat is in the 4th floor (without an elevator), the parking is free in the housing estate’s close patio. The flats are surrounded by a well-kept garden –maintened by a gardener-with benches and tables. As you step into the 55 m2 flat you can see a modern dining room. The three rooms and the bathroom open from the dining room. The flat ensure comfortable accomodation for 3 adults and 2 children. There are washing machine and drier in the bathroom.

Close to the housing estate there are 2 groceries, a pharmacy and a hairdresser’s salon. Within 300 m you can get up to a Tesco express, SPAR supermarket, a greengrocer, bakery, beauty shop, massage salon and a car service. The flat has an excellent connection to public transport. You can easily reach the Budapest City Park -Heroes’ Square - Budapest Zoo – Széchenyi Thermal Bath and Swimming Pool ( 30 minutes), The House of Parliament (45 minutes), Buda Castle - Fisherman’s Bastion - Matthias Church (40 minutes), Hungarian National Museum (30 minutes) Papp László Budapest Sports Arena (30 minutes) by the buses and trolleys that start from the the station in front of the housing estate. You can reach the Aquaworld Resort Budapest by public transport in 50 minutes, by taxi in 20 minutes that costs around 4500 Ft. Aquarena –Mogyoród by car is in 20 minutes, the taxi costs around 5000 Ft. You can get to the Budapest Airport by car in 45 minutes, the airport transfer with taxi costs about 8000 Ft, the Budapest Keleti Railway Station is reachable by public transport in 25 minutes, by taxi costs about 3000 Ft. If you plan a far trip you can see Royal Palace of Gödöllő (1 hour by public transport, 30 minutes by car ), Szentendre (40 minutes by car) Velence with Lake Velence (1 and a half hour by car, 2 and a half hour by public transport) or Siófok that is located on the coast of Lake Balaton (2 hours by car, 3 hours by public transport).
