The apartment is located in the historical heart of the city, 100 meters from the Danube and the Chain Bridge. The apartment found in a national monument listed building designed by József Hild, built in 1839 . It has 116 m2 living area, located on second floor of the building, where elevator is available. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, 1 living room, kitchen, toilet, bathroom, and hall. The living room and two bedrooms with south-facing windows overlooking the street, furthermore the living room has a balcony as well. In one bedroom and in the kitchen - dining room there are windows overlooking the inner courtyard. The apartment in the summer of 2013 received a total renovation. Walking distance proximity to a lot of popular tourist attractions and services like UNESCO declared World Heritage Vigadó, St. Stephen's Basilica, Országház, Gresham Palace, Hungarian Academy of Sciences, Millennium Underground Railway , Opera, Andrassy Avenue. Walk through on the Chain Bridge to Buda Castle is easily done on foot. The apartment located five minutes walk from subway lines, bus and tram lines. A large variety of restaurants are nearby (Hungarian, Italian, Thai, French, Indian) and so cafes and shops. With the Millennium underground railway (which is from the flat 2 minutes walk ) easy to get to the Városligeti park (City Park), where additional attractions are located like Heroes' Square, the Vajdahunyad Castle, Budapest Zoo and Botanical Gardens, the Circus, the famous Széchenyi Baths, the Museum of Fine Arts and the Art Gallery.
