Modern boutique studio literally a few steps away from the Danube, the Vörösmarty Square and the primary shopping street (Váci utca), within the UNESCO World Heritage Site zone of Budapest. Located in an early-20th-century Bauhaus building with a gorgeous marble foyer, the apartment overlooks an inner courtyard, making it secluded and quiet - one really feels tucked away from the hustle and bustle while staying in the heart of town. With original hardwood floors, doors, windows and French balcony, staying here will make you feel like a local. The 34m2 apartment is comfortable for a solo traveler or a couple. The apartment is very safe: there is a chip card to enter the building and a security key to access the apartment. The house has elevator, perfect for elderly people. The apartment includes wireless Internet; a fully equipped kitchen (including a coffee maker, a kettle and a toaster), a washing machine; a flat-screen television with cable; a bathroom with a hairdryer; separate toilets; and an iron and board. I am a foodie (has an award-winning blog), so I will make sure to give you a list where you can have the best food:-) I traveled 142 countries, so I am an experienced traveler. Very respectful to other people's homes, non-smoker and clean.

From the apartment you can reach the following places in 10-15 minutes walk: • The Danube • The pedestrian shopping street, Váci street • The St. Stephen’s Basilica • Parliament • Synagogue (largest in Europe) • The Chain Bridge (towards Castle area) • Large market hall It takes about 10-20 minutes by public transport to reach: • The Opera House • House of Terror museum • Széchenyi bath, my favorite bath for both summer and winter • Heroes’ Square and the Museum of Fine Arts • The Big Ring Road and the Café New York (voted as most beautiful in Europe) It takes just 2-3 minutes minutes walk to reach the starting point for the Free Walking Tours, the Hop-on-Hop-Off bus tours and the boat trips on the Danube.
