In the heart of the city, but very quiet and it has a garden and BBQ which I share with my neighbours and it is close to KuDamm and Potsdamer Platz.
Please respect my neighbours and no parties.
I have a cleaning lady, she takes care of everything when you move out.

Right in the middle of trendy and fun Schöneberg between the Zoologischer Garten/Memorial Church and Potsdamer Platz, centrally located in the City-West. Supermarket (Mo-Sa 24 h open) near by. Dozens of restaurants, bars, cafe’s and clubs. 10 minute walk from KaDeWe the famous and biggest department store in Continental Europe. Walking distance from the metro station that takes you everywhere in Berlin within 15 minutes (e.g. Alexander Platz) and nearby buses and cabs. Parking right outside the door.
APARTMENT:
Nice apartment is extremely quiet - with a garden view and the garden can be used - located on the 1th floor. The apartment is fully equipped and furnished in a mixed style. In the living room sofa, big flatscreen TV, BluRay and Stereo. The bedroom has a double bed for 2 people also flatscreen TV, Apple TV. A big dining table for 4 people invites you to dine together in a big kitchen. The 2nd bedroom has 2 floors, downstairs a closet, sofa and TV, upstairs (not for guests) is my office . WiFi throughout the apartment. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for your stay, from the pot up to the coffee machine. The bathroom is newly tiled and equipped with toilet, sink and bathtub/shower. Towels and bed linen are provided free of charge.

Very cosy apartment for max. 3 persons. WiFi throughout the whole apartment. Living room with tv and stereo. Bedroom with double bed and tv. Second bedroom single bed in alcove on top of the room, downstairs sofa, tv, desk. Bathroom with bathtub and washing machine/dryer. Big kitchen with dining table, dishwasher, oven , 4 burner induction , 2 fridges.

In the Center of Berlin West in the district of Schöneberg, lot of Bars and Restaurants, 4 metro lines take you everywhere in Berlin within 15 minutes. Supermarket around the corner and open 24 hours from monday till saturday
