Was Sie an dieser Unterkunft lieben werden

My flat has 3 rooms, one big living-room, one room for work (in my case to practice my instrument) and one bedroom. The whole flat has nice floorboards and stuckoed ceilings. The bathroom and the kitchen are in really modern condition. In the kitchen, you will find everything to cook a great meal because I, myself, cook a lot, too. The only thing I don`t have is a dishwasher. In the bathroom, you will find a bathtub, a shower, and a washing machine. I have also a small but nice balcony. You will feel really comfortable in my flat, I`m sure!

Was Sie im Nachbarschafts-Viertel lieben werden

I live in an area called Moabit, it`s part of Berlin-Mitte. I live in a nice calm street and you will find good restaurants in the area, as well as the Metro and the S-Bahn. Thanks to public transport, you can reach the city center in 20-30 min, all the attractions like the Potsdamer Platz (Philharmonie), Alexanderplatz (TV-Tower) , Brandenburger Tor, a lot museums and 3 operas (including one in which i play!). Not far from my flat is also the big green Tiergarten where you can have a nice walk and there are also a lot lakes in and around Berlin. For me, Berlin is the perfect city because it has so many facets and you can discover everyday new great things. You will be surprised!!
