Big beautiful home with great view over the city, Reykjavik. Great location only 10 min drive to city center. House is on two floors, 5 bedrooms, 4 located on the lower level along with spacious tv area with 50" Plasma Tv and dvd player and a large laundry room with washer and dryer, one teenager room is located on the top floor. Master bedroom has a luxury kingsize bed and a walk in closet room. 3 boys rooms with a lot of toys, 2 has it's own tv and dvd player, Nintendo Wii, Playstation 3 with a lot of games and Playstation 4. 3 king size beds and 2 regular beds. Two bathrooms, one spacious with large bathtub for two and a big shower and the guestbathroom (upstairs)has a toilet and sink. High speed wireless internet and a computer to use or you can bring your own laptop. Upstairs is fully equipped kitchen w. dishwasher and large refrigerator with icemaker. Microwave, blender, toaster and all equipment for gourmet cooking. Dining area for 8 and a really nice living room. Huge balcony on upper floor with barbecuegrill and a great wiew over the city. Big closed garden with a lot of toys, basketball hoop, garden furniture and a big trampolin for the kids with a safety net surrounding it. We also have a hot tub outside and a shower outside. 10 min drive to downtown Reykjavik. 40 min drive to The Blue Lagoon. Heated public swimmingpool in walking distance with a big slider and nice hot tubs. Great walking/biking paths all around the neighbourhood and all the way to city center. Perfect home to stay in and experience Icelandic adventure!

House is located in Grafarvogur, a quiet suburban of Reykjavik, only 10 minutes drive to city center and less to a big shopping mall. Walking distance to grocery store, pizzarestaurant, publick bank, icecream store, post office, beautiful church, public swimming pool with a big slide and nice hot tubs. In Iceland it´s easy to travel to many interesting places, see glaciers, volcanos, beautiful waterfalls, and the unique Icelandic nature. Blue Lagoon is a must see and Þingvellir, the national park wich is only 30 minutes drive away.
