Family condominium built on a seven thousand square meters area, composed of one major house with two suite bedrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen and a large deck with a splendorous view of the ocean.
The other three houses have two suite bedrooms, small kitchen and a comfortable deck. One of the houses has a crib and is totally adapted to accommodate children or even a baby.
The pool area has an open kitchen with barbecue grill and pizza oven attached. There is also a big round table that can sit up to twelve people. Dry sauna and shower are also available.
The houses were designed and built in 2003 by a Brazilian famous architect using old wood brought from the inland.
The house has four employees that will be at your disposal.
We have two very sweet dogs that live in the condominium. They love children.
A Jeep for local transportation will also be available. Motor boat possible. Mountain bikes at your disposal.
Located 200 meter from Armação beach.
Transportation from Sao Paulo to Ilhabela can be arranged with our driver.

Ilhabela is an island located 180 Km from Sao Paulo. Over here the visitor will find hundreds of beaches, each with its distinctive personality. Bristling with action or plainly contemplative, stretching to the horizon or just a small patch of sand hidden between enormous boulders, fierce or placid, great for surfing, windsurfing or just for stretching the bones, enclosed by a wonderful and still untamed vegetation.
Armação beach is a perfect place for water-sports lovers. There you will find a beach club were you can have windsurf, kitesurf or sailing boat classes or simply rent the equipment.
From the house the visitors can also do a very pleasant walk to the village, where you can find nice cafes and stores.
Restaurants and other beaches are also located on a walking distance from the house.

We have a Jeep that will be available for the visitors.
Our dogs are very friendly and they can be kept away from the visitors if needed. We have an employee that cares for them, so it will not be any worry.

| The People |
Lucia and Roberto built their house and the other three houses for each one of their three sons and their families. My name is Jasmin and I am Lucia's and Roberto's daughter-in-law.
We go almost every weekend to Ilhabela. We love to spend time with family and friends at the pool and to work in the garden.
Me and my husband Fabio are experienced kite/windsurfers and free divers. My husband also practices spearfishing arround the Island.
