| The Home |
| Our home is a 1935 key west cottage in an historic neighborhood. We recently completed a total renovation, including a brand new kitchen, laundry/mud room, florida room, deck, outdoor shower, and backyard space. We have a master bedroom with a queen bed, and our son's room with a twin loft bed and futon. The couch in the living room is a daybed with twin mattress for an extra guest (and plenty of toys!!). Tons of outdoor living space-- have dinner on the deck! Wi-fi throughout the house, flat screen TV in the living room and bedroom with AppleTV, and a computer in the kitchen for watching TV or finding your favorite recipes! Our style is modern and simple. |

| The Neighborhood |
We live in Flamingo Park, an historic neighborhood district right in the heart of downtown west palm beach. The neighborhood has beautiful tree lined streets, a large park with community center and playgrounds, and is walking distance to the best Venezuelan coffee in town! We are less than one mile from CityPlace, which is full of restaurants and shops, as well as a five minute drive to the beach. All the homes in our neighborhood were built in the early 1900's, so there is plenty of character and charm, unlike most of the homes you'll find here in south florida!

| We travel often for business, so sometimes a non-simultaneous exchange can be considered. We have a studio on the property that we work in, which would remain locked, and available to us should we need to come home briefly for work. |

Our family includes myself, Michele, my husband, Francesco, and our three year old son, Ellis. We have two cats at home that would need some love and care from you while you are in our home. Francesco and I have a cinematography company and travel often for work. Ellis loves to travel, too!
