4 bedroom, 3 bathroom house with Mount Sunapee views from deck. Sleeps 10. This is not our primary residence. 10 minutes from Mount Sunapee, a great family ski resort and five minutes from Lake Sunapee - great in summer for boating and fun. New London is ten minutes away, also. New London is a very small, quaint college town, Colby-Sawyer College, with good restaurants. Concord, NH is 30 minutes south, Hanover, NH - home of Dartmouth College, is 30 minutes north.

We are intrested in an exchange in Fall or early Winter. We are very open to many locations in Europe and the Caribbean and parts of the USA - particularly the west coast. On or near ocean is always of interest. We have some flexibility on dates for our house as it is not our primary residence.

We are a semi-retired couple. Paul is business guy and Marsha a floral designer. We have two kids, 20 & 24. They travel with us on seem of our trips. We have family in England, South Africa, Cyprus and the USA. Paul is English, Marsha is American. We are open to most locations as we love the ocean, countryside and major cities. We have travelled extensively and we would be very respectful of your property.
