Our Home
Our brownstone is great for a family! It is 4 stories, has 4 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathroom a gourmet kitchen with dishwasher, washer/dryer, a small backyard with a weber gas grill, double parlour with a wood burning fireplace and baby grand piano, two tv's with cable and a separate playarea for the kids off the kitchen. We have 3 kids, ages 11, 9 and 6. We are a kid friendly home but because of allergies NO PETS.
We have twin beds in the boys room, bunkbed in our daughter's room, queen size bed in master bedroom and a double futon in a 4th bedroom/office and a pullout queen couch in living room.
We have wireless online available and plenty of kids toys- boy and girl.

Our Neighborhood
We live in the wonderful neighborhood of Clinton Hill, near Pratt art Institute. It is right next to Fort Greene and you can walk to Brooklyn Academy of Music and many fantastic restaurants with eclectic cuisine- French, Italian, Spanish, American. We are a short bus ride from Park Slope and Prospect Park. We are a 25 min walk from Brooklyn Museum. There are many kids playgrounds around, a wonderful Saturday Farmer's market in Fort Greene and the famous Brooklyn Flea a few blocks away on Saturdays (May-Nov) brooklynflea.com.
It is a 20 min subway ride into Manhattan.

Other Information
If we can't swap with you, but you are still interested in our house, we do rent our house for $325 a nite when we are away on holiday. If you want to come stay longer and we can work that out, we can reduce the rental rate. Thanks!
