Our apartment is situated in a semi-central residential area . A bus stop is only two minutes walk from our house and an Express-Bus will take you to the Central Railway Station in 20 minutes.
In the Area there is a good choice of shops and restaurants, a Virgin gym Center with indoor swimming pools, a riding club, and the biggest shopping Mall of Rome.
The apartment is at the 4th floor of a five floors building and it was refurbished 3 years ago. It consist of a large lounge, a kitchen close to the lounge ( fully equipped with microwave oven, electric oven, five fireplaces, dishwasher, fridge) one bedroom, two large bathrooms, and a balcony equipped with a table and a small settee.
All the apartment has wooden floor and the big windows allow full sunlight all day.
The flat can accommodate 4 adults and one child considering that there is a child-bed and in the lounge there is a settee which turns into a double bed.

Is a middle class residential Area called Montesacro in the Northern part of Rome.
The central part of the Area was built in the thirties of last century and named "Garden City" for the original urban planning.

We are Angelo and Michela.
Angelo (60) is a former Bank Officer now retired and Michela (40) works in a Bank. Our child Tommaso is four years old. We live most of the time in an other house in the country one hour far from Rome. Therefore we could even effect the exchange not necessarily in the same period. This would allow to meet you personally and have you as guest in our country house in Umbria.
