The Seaside town of Comox is located in the Comox Valley on the east coast of Vancouver Island. A popular tourist destination, the Comox Valley offers an abundance of water sports, sailing, boat cruises, scuba diving, whale watching and swimming beaches. It is also home to some of the best salmon fishing in the world. Boasts numerous golf courses, hiking and mountain bike trails. In the winter enjoy cross country and downhill skiing at Mt Washington within a 3o minute drive. Our mild climate can allow you to ski in the morning and golf in the afternoon.
The Comox Valley is centrally located on the Island to many attractions, museums and artisans, most can be seen in day trips. It also offers world class Spas and dining. Our condo is in the heart of Comox,less than 5 min walk to restaurants, pubs and shops.
It is especially enjoyable to watch the activities down on the marina and the ever changing ocean views from the deck. |

We are flexible with are travelling dates and the exchanges do not have to be simultaneous. We would consider 3 night mini exchanges to Seattle and other pacific northwest destinations.

We are open to any destination of comparable accommodation. We enjoy warmer climates in the winter and like to be close to the ocean.

| The People |
We are Russ and Terry and we have lived on Vancouver Island for 8 years enjoying every minute of it. We also have 2 other waterfront homes available for exchange that are vacation rentals so our exchanges do not have to be simultaneous. We own an oilfield related business in Calgary Alberta Where our son Tyler 25 and our daughter Ashley 22 live. Usually Russ and I travel on our own but will sometimes travel with our son and daughter or another couple.
