Our home is part of a small group of residential buildings set up in typical Mediterranean style. The place is suitable for four people and it is perfect for a couple with two children. It consists in a living room with tv and stereo, kitchenette equipped with modern appliances (fridge with freezer, microwave, grill, blender, toaster, etc), a master bed room with double bed, a children room with bunk bed, toys and books and bathroom with shower and washing-machine.
The house is surrounded by a garden of 150sqm with covered patio where you can have your meals, if you like, and a private parking area.
The nearest beach, the beautiful La Cinta and the town centre as well, are only a 5 mins drive from the house, the perfect distance to enjoy the peace without giving up the convenience of having the sea close by.

Situated in the north-east of Sardinia, 28km from the airport and harbour of Olbia, San Teodoro is considered a natural pearl of the Mediterranean Sea. It is one of the most popular destinations for people who love fishing, water sports and seaside holidays. The coast offers a lot of wonderful beaches, as you can see in the pictures.
San Teodoro is described as one of the Mediterranean top spots for wind- and kitesurfing. You can also practice snorkelling, diving, horse riding and even enjoy a flight with ultralight airplanes or relax at the nearby golf course.
It will be easy for you to discover the untouched nature of central Sardinia’s mountains, the mysterious archaeological sites or take a boat to explore the most beautiful coasts of the surrounding islands of Tavolara and La Maddalena.
Please note: it is a very safe environment for children.
The town of San Teodoro offers a great choice of fish restaurants, pizzerias, bar, discotheques and everything you may want for your daily needs.
Every evening, from 08.00 p.m. to midnight, the central town becomes a big pedestrian area with colourful ethnic shops and cultural events.

We are a nice family of 4: Francesco 41, medical advisor and translator; Elisabetta 42, high school teacher; Andrea and Valentina, 14 and 6 years old, our wonderful and well behaved children. We have travelled extensively, as our children since their birth.
Our main interests are travelling, water sports, walking, reading and getting in touch with other cultures.
