3 bedroom, 5 bathroom, home built in 1936. Very comfortable and inviting. Remodeled and updated kitchen, all high end new appliances, fully equiped. Home is fully furnished. High speed internet and wifi. Full basement including 2 offices and laundry. Front and back patio perfect for grilling, dining, or relaxing with a glass of wine. Upstairs family room with TV, DVD, Playstation, and piano. Auto exchange is possible- Toyota Land Cruiser. We have a yard service and cleaning service available by arrangement.

We have several bikes available. They are all adult sizes. We may be able to arrange for kids bikes if needed. We have maps for mountain bike trails and hikes. We also have skis, boots, all depending on size of course.

This is an very nice older Denver neighborhood that is very centrally located. You can walk to restaurants and Starbucks. Downtown is 10 minutes by car where you will find nightlife, many restaurants, museums and shopping. The Cherry Creek Mall, a large high end shopping mall with restaurants, dining, movies, and high end shopping within 5 minutes by car. We bike to many restaurants and parks closeby. There is a very large city park and the Natural History Museum and IMAX also within 5 minutes. This is a very friendly upscale urban neighborhood. The mountains begin 30 minutes from Denver. Keystone is 1 hour. Vail is approx. 1.5 hours. There is hiking, horseback riding, river rafting, fishing, all within 1 hour. There is tennis and golf very close by too. There are many water activities available. Neighborhood pools, a very large water park- Water World that is 30 minutes by car. Denver is a very 'outdoors' oriented culture. Very laid back and casual. Boulder - home to the University of Colorado is a short drive (40 min). Colorado Springs- home of the Air Force Academy and the Broadmoor, a world famous resort, is about 1 hour south.

We are limited by school holidays.
Our Spring break for 2013 is the last week of March. Our summer break begins mid May 2013.

My husband (Mark) is in Management Consulting and Recruiting. I am an executive coach and career coach. We have 2 children. Our son is 14 and will start high school in the fall. Our daughter is a Sophomore at Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles. We can only travel when school is out for breaks. Our daughter may not always travel with us due to her schedule. We have a 11 year old Golden Retriever who we can send to Grandma's or a neighbors during your stay. You will see that our home is well cared for and we would do the same for yours!
