Situated 600 mt from the Beach this house has 2 Bedrooms,2 bathrooms, Living room and Kitchen. There's a garden with a BBQ spot and a Pool just in front of the house.
This house is situated in a very quiet housing complex 5 minutes walk from the beach and from the center. Bikes and deckchairs available too !!!
There isn't a dishwasher or a washing machine but you can find a laudromat not far from the house !
This house is our second house where we don't have all the comforts we usually have in the 1st house, anyway it's a nice and clean place to stay and relax close to the nature!!!
We are looking for an exchange in a "second house" for NON SIMULTANEOUS exchanges since our home is free but we still don't know when we'll be able to travel.
THE HOUSE DOESN'T HAVE HEATER BECAUSE IT'S WHAT WE CALL "SUMMER HOUSE" SO IT IS AVAILABLE DURING MAY, JUNE, JULY AND SEPTEMBER (NOT AUGUST).
From the sea: 600 m.
From the centre: 400 m.
From Spa: 1500 m.
