We live in Madrid in a very warm and charming house just renovated some years ago.Our Home is a beautiful and attractive large penthouse-duplex (180 sq. m), some rooms with loft-style, sunny, very comfortable,with a relaxing terrace, located in the very centre of Madrid, next to the tourist attractions and the trendy commercial streets, but situated in a very quiet street.We have a Renault Scenic car (monovolume) and a private garage for the car just in front of our building.
We have air conditioning in all the bedrooms and the living hall .On the ground floor there are a large living and dining room with a large´LCD-TV SAT, DVD, WI, PS3 and HI-FI set and a lot of records and books, a bathroom, the kitchen with all appliances and three combination study & bedroom (two of them loft-style) with a computer and ADSL internet free access. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, one with a king size bed, a bathroom and a relaxing terrace where you can have lunch on sunny time

We are located in the very center of Madrid (2 minutes walking from Gran Via,5 minutes from Puerta del Sol or Plaza de España ) ,next to the main tourist attractions and the main commercial and trendy streets, but situated in a very quiet street.There are many nice restaurants and public transports in the neighborhood.

We are open to any dates compatible with the school holidays: summer august (beach in Hawaii,Republica Dominicana, Southern California or Mexico) ,last week of october,christmas...
We are available to do one week swaps with large cities (Porto,Vienna,London,Naples,Prague, Munich,Berlin,Bruxelles,Oslo,Istambul,Stockholm...) or historical regions (Alsace,Bourgogne,Black Forest,Amalfitana Coast) , and 3 or 4 weeks swaps with USA (Northern California), Asia (Thailand,Japan,Hong Kong) or Central (Mexico) or South America (Brazil,Argentina,...)
