This home is beautiful, the view to lake and mountains is gorgeous, the house is big, with top of the line kitchen, 3 bedrooms, big terrace, 5 car garage, a guest house. is located in an exclusive raquet club with olympic size pool with thermal waters, 9 tennis courts, club house etc. etc. the house is two blocks from the club house. is near small towns located around the largest lake in mexico. the house is 2 hours from a beautiful famous beach, manzanillo, 40 minutes from the seoond largest city - guadalajara. the town closes has theater, lots of restaurants, and many attractions to europeans, canadians and americans. the weather is ideal all year round, during the summer it rains only at night and during the day the weather is

the neighborhood is very quite, the houses are all enclosed with high fences, the
neighbors are very friendly, meet on many occasions throughout the year and monthly
at a pot luck . the club is very exclusive the pool has thermal waters and we have
water aerobics 3 times a week all year round. during the winter we have a temperature
of 55 - 75 degrees. and all year is ideal. we have two security gates to the club located on a mountain, see photos.
