Our Home
Our place is a 250 m2 duplex, top-floor apartment (2700 sq. feet), just renovated, with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a large kitchen, a playroom and a mini-gym. There is also a large terrace with a view to the sea.
The living-room is large and bright. The kitchen is fully equipped, with everything necessary to cook, laundry machine, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, etc.. The place is very clean and comfortable.
We have WiFi internet, TV and HiFi.
Our Neighborhood
Our apartment is in the Eixample area in Barcelona, the area where the locals live. It's three blocks away from a Metro station, and a block from several bus stops. There are lots of shops and restaurants nearby, and 3 supermarkets within 2 blocks. There is a hospital and a university college a couple of blocks away.
The location is very central, so it's easy to get to all major attractions in the city (8 minutes walk to Paseo de Gracia, with its Gaudi buildings, for example). At the same time, it's safe and quiet.
