We are both working professionals, I work as an Event Manager in London and have done so for some years, so I have a good knowledge of where to go and what to see, and can hopefully provide you with a good overall guide of London entertainment including hotels, bars and restaurants, places of interest. Mark is self employed, he initially worked in the music industry which he is still involved in, but also for a few years now he has moved into property development. We have 2 boys aged 9 and 14. We have both lived in South West London for some considerable time and are huge fans of this area, although not from here initially. Balham is a great place for families or couples who want to enjoy the beauty of Wandsworth Common, Battersea Park and the River Thames.
