Our condo has an open concept design with two bedrooms (master with queen bed and guest room with two twin beds). Open loft has two additional twin beds. One full and one 3/4 bath. All amenities including microwave, dishwasher, washer and dryer, cable TV, stereo, DVD player and wireless internet. Woodstove. Two skylights fill our home with light! We have a large deck with an umbrella table and gas grill. Eastman is an absolutely perfect vacation spot for travelers of all ages. There is a wonderful restaurant and a pub room at the Golf Center. You will never run out of things to do--or you can just read and relax! Non-smokers only.

New Hampshire's Upper Valley is just two easy hours by car from Boston (one hour from the Manchester International Airport). Unlike the often-crowded White Mountain Region of our state, "Eastman" is a 3600 acre resort community nestled between two college towns off one of the most scenic highways in the Northeast.
Eastman is situated in the town of Grantham, a small New England community with a gas station, general store, a few shops, a library and a cafe. Eastman itself has a lovely restaurant and pub room with entertainment. 15-20 minutes away in either direction are two beautiful and historic New England college towns, most notably the bustling community of Hanover, home to Dartmouth College. Here you will find wonderful shops, restaurants, movie theaters, cultural events and museums, and the finest hospital and medical facility in Northern New England (Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center). To Hanover's west is the Connecticut River, Vermont, and the road to Montreal.

I, Cindy, am an ordained minister and Pastor of the First Congregational Church of Dunbarton, New Hampshire, United Church of Christ. I have been to India, Austrailia, Europe, South America, and Africa twice. My oldest son lives in London so the UK is always a favorite destination!
My husband Bill was Forbes Professor of Management at the University of New Hampshire for thirty years and is now retired. Our permanent home is in Manchester, New Hampshire. We have many outdoor and cultural interests, most especially sea kayaking.
