The Home
Our home is a nice, light and functional flat located in a neighborhood full of life. The building was built in 1997 and has a doorman during the day. The flat has two bedrooms, one with double bed and the other with a single one. The living room is spacious and has large windows. The kitchen is equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge and microwave. We have TV, DVD player and Internet Connection with wireless option.

The Neighborhood
Our neighborhood is lively, full of all different types of restaurants, supermarkets and all kind of services. Also, it is a secure area, like the whole city. It is well-connected by bus, streetcar or underground with all the remarkable spots of the town: the old medieval center, the Museum of Arts and Science, Downtown, the beach or the port (which held the American Cup last year).
Valencia has expanded its cultural and touristic possibilities, which turned it into a vibrant city. It also has beautiful landscapes to visit, like the Albufera or the beaches. You can easily travel to other big cities of Spain, like Madrid, Barcelona, Ibiza or Mallorca, or visit typical mediterranean villages around the coast.

We are able to simultaneous exchange in August. However, our flat may be available for non-simultaneous exchange in other dates.

The People
We are a young spanish couple and we have lived in Valencia for 10 years now. We are both engineers; Kiko works as a scientist at the Technical University of Valencia, and Lucia works in the purchasing department of a multinational company. We speak English and French. We have participate in several exchanges before. We both love traveling, watching films and american TV serials, reading and meeting our friends.
