Four bedrooms, with a wood stove in the main living area. FOUR WHEEL DRIVE/AWD IS REQUIRED IN THE WINTER TIME FOR ACCESS ON OUR PRIVATE ROAD. Our quiet street has only four other homes on the road, you cannot see them from our house. The wireless thru out the home works great with all lap tops, new TV, DVD player too. Three guest bedrooms with built in twin beds with a full bath. Master bedroom has a new king sleigh bed set in the open loft area with its own full private bath. Two car garage, two decks, private caretaker/housekeeper in local area. The spa room has a full bath with sauna. The office has a futon, computer, printer, and telephone for local calls for use during your stay. The back deck is suspended over the beautiful brook, fly fish without leaving the deck! A private home, but so close to Sugarbush and Mad River Glen for skiing and more. We are very neat and trustworthy and have done four fantastic exchanges so far.

This is our third home, so the dates are open year round when our large circle of family and friends are not using the house.

The private road, Lincoln Brook Road, is mostly occupied by second home owners from NYC and CT. There is a small bridge you cross to get to the home. Warren, VT is close to Stowe and Burlington, also Montreal as day trips. Enjoy pizza at the world famous, Flat Bread Pizza, drive 45 minutes to see Ben and Jerry's Factory in Stowe. Cross-country ski at Blueberry Lake or Ole's at the Sugarbush Airport. So much to see and do around Warren and Waitsfield. Sled down the driveway, or ice skate on our small pond. The hot tub and sauna are a great way to relax after a hard day of skiing.
Warren is a lovely town, during all seasons! It is close to great skiing, hiking, Lake Champlain, and other great Vermont attractions. Sugarbush has a challenging golf course as well as Stowe for the golfers, and hiking goes without saying here. We might let a well-mannered dog come along, but no cats, we are allergic.
The drive to the slopes at the Sugarbush ski resort are approx. 5-7 minutes out of our road. Great spring skiing there till mid-April or later. They open the resort for skiing around Thanksgiving.

Open to exchanges for ski homes in the West or Europe. Looking for a home this summer in July or August, down Cape Cod, MV, Nantucket or the Hamptons. We would not be interested in exchanges in Florida or other parts of Mass. Since we live in Naples, Florida Oct- May and Boxford, MA from May-Oct. I am a retired registered nurse from Mass. General Hospital in Boston, and my husband a CEO, we love to travel and explore new places too!
Exchange length can be from a weekend to two weeks approx., we are flexible.

We prefer to exchange with second home owners, and are open to exploring with a similar residence of size. The home we exchange with must also have wifi when we bring our lap tops.

We will most likely be traveling as a couple, or with our 20 yr old daughter when she is on break from college.
This is a non-smoking house. We ask that the exchangers be at least 30 years old. There are many stairs in the home, so it would not be for someone who has problems with stairs. This lovely home has been in our family for over 20 years, and just last year we started to selectively rent it out to qualified renters, when not in use by us or family/friends.
