Our place is a 7,000 sq ft cabin/lodge just outside of Park City, Utah with 7 bedrooms that sleep up to 20 people in beds. Our places is great for skiing, snowmobiling, ATV's, hiking, horseback riding, or just getting away from it all.

The lodge's four levels:

1st level
-Bunk room with 2-double beds and 4-single beds
-Game room with big screen w/DVD, VCR, satellite, X-Box 360 & pool table
-Full bathroom

2nd level
-2-bedrooms w/queen size beds
-Full bathroom
-Entry room
-Kitchen
-Dinning area
NOTE: Entry/kitchen/dinning areas all share common area

3rd level
-Master bedroom w/private full bathroom
-Loft w/TV, satellite, and surround sound system
-Breezeway w/wet bar
-Great room w/ high def. widescreen TV with theater system
-Mudroom
-Full bathroom with huge jet tub (6'x4')
-2-bedrooms w/queen size beds

4th level
-Second master bedroom w/private full bathroom and deck with a TV, satellite, and sound system

-There is over 1,500 square feet of decks.

Dates for your use are flexible.

We also like traveling with other families, so large homes are desired, but not required. That said, we'd like to be comfortable, have wireless internet access and be family friendly (unless were doing an adult only trip).

Typically if traveling within Colorado we like 4 day weekends. Otherwise our travel has to revolve around when our kids are out of school.

** We are also looking specifically to take a trip this year from April 13 to 21 to Sedona, AZ or somewhere warm, close to Colo. with awesome mtn. biking trails.

Scott is a political consultant. Sarah is a stay at home mother and a photographer. We have wonderful and well behaved children. We do not smoke or drink, but do enjoy many adventurous activities like mountain biking, snowmobiling, boating, skiing, snowboarding, wake boarding, etc. We do not have pets and unfortunately discourage pets coming to our lodge, sorry.

Depending on the exchange, we may leave the kids at home and travel with another couple or two. But if we do bring the kids, they are respectful of others property.
