Beautiful two bedroom two bath apartment in the spectacular Las Vistas Cluster in the Rio Mar Resort. Panoramic Vista of the Luquillo world-class beach, the Caribbean National Rain Forest Reserve and all inside the five-star Wyndham Resort with Casino, entertainment, fabulous dining, two championship golf courses and clay and hard court tennis facilities. Easy transportation from the San Juan International Airport as well as tours to all that Puerto Rico has to offer, and no passport required for US Citizens, as Puerto Rico is part of the USA.
Our home is fully equipped for easy resort living: golf cart to run the grounds, pool and jacuzzi in the property and a nice invigorating walk to the beach (or ride the golf cart).

Our Neighborhood
This property is inside the world famous Wyndham Rio Mar Resort and Casino and all its facilities are available to you. The property has its own private beach, two golf courses, tennis club as well as great night life with six restaurants, hotel and casino. You are at the side of El Yunque Caribbean National Rain Forest run by the US Forest Service; tours, hikes, horse rides and kayak trips are available as well as day and night trips to Old San Juan!

Our Dates
We prefer to ski after the Xmass Holidas or spring, and we like New York City around Labor Day and Thanksgiving.
Our Destinations
Vail, Beaver Creek, other Colorado Ski Resorts or Lake Tahoe in California or Nevada to do some skiing in the winter or spring.
About Us
Riomar is our weekend beach house, we will make it available to you any time of the year, we are looking for exchanges in all parts of the US and the world, as our principal hobby is traveling. I am a financial consultant and my wife Annie owns a real estate brokerage company that is principally involved in locating executives that come to work in Puerto Rico's manufacturing and service industries: people from as far away as India, Egypt, France, Spain, Argentina, Chile, as well as all parts of the United States. Our oldest son is a Medical Doctor, married to an architect and he is the father of our two lovely granddaughters and one grandson. Our only daughter is a political consultant and lobbyst who has worked in the City of New York and the White House, while our youngest son is medical school now.
