Our Home
Our home was custom designed and built in 2006. It is large (3100) sq ft with a 3 car garage. Our home has music speakers in every room and a surround sound media room featuring a large sceen high defintition television.
It features stunning views of mountains and the city. It is in an upscale, quiet and safe neighborhood and is located less that 10 minutes from downtown. There are more than 20 golf courses (several are world class) within an hours drive. Fabulous skiing at Mt Bachelor is a 25 minute drive. The area is known for its spectacular beauty with the Cascade Mountain Range to the West and high desert to the east. Fishing, camping, and hiking in the Three Sisters Wilderness Area. Rivers and lakes are abundant. World class dining in many fine restaurants. The summer features a multitude of concerts, festivals, rodeos, and other events. Friendly and vibrant community in the Pacific Northwest of the Unites States. 3 hour drive from Portland, 6 hour drive from Seattle, and 9 hour drive from San Francisco.

We have a wonderful climate with moderate winters and summertime temps in the 70's to low 90's and cool evenings. Lots of sun and rarely rains.

About Us
Ron and Joan. We are in our fifty's, and have been married for 29 years. Ron is in Commercial Real Estate and Joan is a teacher. Our sons are Luke 24 and Mason 22. Both attend the University of Oregon.
We have lived in our beautiful community for 30 years. We have done a fair amount of traveling and recently did a very successful home exchange in London, England. We will have a very nice car available. We have a dog, Walker who is a very friendly Lab. He will take you on walks.
