Located in Pozuelo de Alarcón, town near Madrid (13 km). Residential building of 3 floor. Our house is a duplex on the 3rd floor.
Downstairs there is a living room with air conditioning, overlooking the swiming pool and garden.It has satellite TV (English channels), DVD, video, internet(wi-fi) and PSP 2.
The master bedroom has a dressing room,attached bathroom with jacuzzi tub and separate shower. On the same floor are two bedrooms and a bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with all appliances (washing machine, dishwasher, dryer, fridge, electric oven, microwave ...) and a table for 4-6 people. Upstairs there is a room with air conditioning, TV, DVD and stereo hi-fi. It also has a toilet and two folding beds that can be used as 4th bedroom. In this floor is a terrace of 70 square meters overlooking the Sierra de Guadarrama.
At the same door is a bus stop to the center of Madrid. The train station is near. Anyway, if you want we can excahange the car (a mini van Toyota Corolla Verso 7 seats with GPS).
The condominium building is dwelling for 15 neigbors.
The swimingpool and the garden is particularly quiet in August, becuase many neighbors leave to take their vacation.
Our domestic worker could came to do the tasks of house cleaning, 2 or 3 days each week. If is possible we would like to exchange service of house cleaning.
EACH BEDROOM HAS AIR CONDITIONING LIKE THE LIVING ROOM AND THE UPSTAIRS ROOM.

Pozuelo de Alarcon is located 13 km. from Madrid, where there is a major cultural events, museums, concerts, shops, restaurants, cinemas, theaters, musicals, etc..In the neighborhood is near a small supermarket and a larger one at 200 meters. There are parks, restaurants and all kinds of shops.


It is close to several villages in the mountains of Madrid, like El Escorial (45 Km), Navacerrada or Guadarrama (50 Km). It is 70 km from the city of Toledo, and 85 kms. the city of Segovia, old cities of great interest for its cultural and artistic heritage.
A ten minute drive you can reach the Zoo, amusement park and the Casa de Campo of Madrid. A 29 kms. South of Madrid, is the Parque Warner Madrid, interesting places to visit with children. Iif you want go farer you can reach Barcelona (3 hours), Sevilla (2, 30 hours) and Valencia (1,30 hours) by high speed train.
In the neighborhood there are two supermarkets, all kinds of shops, bars and restaurants.

Integrated in a quiet residential town, near the city of Madrid.
There are parks, restaurants, bars, shops, theaters, etc..In Madrid is the museum of Prado, probably the best picture gallery of the world. There are historic places to visit like the Plaza Mayor, the old Madrid (seventeen century) and the Royal Palace.
Very close is the Casa de Campo, the largest green area of Madrid .Close are a lot of golf courts, tenis and paddle courts.

Preferably we would like to make exchange coinciding with school holidays, especially in summer.

Our names are Javier and Begoña. We work in the field of labour law. Our Children Clara and Daniel, have 16 and 15 years. They are happy and peaceful.
We love traveling, hiking, camp, beach, movies and music.
We love sports. Daniel and Clara are Integrated Into school basketball competitions. We also practice tennis, golf, paddle and swimming.
We are very careful and orderly, and care for other people's houses as we hope to take care of ours.
