What can I say about our home, other than it has everything you will need. We have a heated swimming pool, a wet bar with dartboard, a home theatre, bathroom with spa bath, Kingsize, queensize and double beds, so take your pick. Large t.v's in several rooms. We have a outdoor kitchen complete with pizza oven so if you choose not to cook in the chefs kitchen, you can always do it outside with the view of the palm covered pool, or watch the t.v. outdoors. All you need to do is sit back and relax.

Our home is located in the foothills of the Darling Range in Perth Western Australia. We are located in a prime position close to all amenities, 30 minutes is considered VERY close anywhere in Australia. Our Capital city Perth is, in our unbiased opinion, one of the most beautiful and unspoiled citys left in the World. Liam is a prison officer and Lorna is a casual administration assistant in the prison service. Both of our children are grown and flown the coop, Lisa, our Daughter and her family live close by to offer some assistance if required. Our home is a three bedroom house set on a standard 1/4 acre block. We have a very easy care garden and veggie patch,it is all reticulated, Colin, our gardener, looks after the rest when we are away, so nothing for you to worry about. If you are looking for wild parties and all night music this area will not be to your liking. We are 30 Kilometres from the centre of Perth and Fremantle where the ocean, night clubs and restaurants are in abundance. There is a wildlife park just up the road where you can hold a Koala and feed the Kangaroos. Perth international and domestic airports are a short 20 minute drive away. The beautiful coastline of our state stretching many thousands of kilometres is close by. . We have a championship golf course just 15 minutes up the hill. The golf coast of West Australia begins with a 20 minutes drive from our front door, over 20 beautiful golf courses with greenfees begining at A$25 00 per round, the good ones cost A$45.00 A ROUND. If you are in to walking the Perth hills are the place to do it, as there are many tracks around, leading as far as Albany at the base of Western Australia.

We usually need a couple of weeks to organise time from work, but this year we are looking for an exchange for three months in the USA about August, September and October and because of the climate here at that time it could be non simultaneous, so if you can help out we would love to hear from you. We would also be interested in renting a place.
