Our home is a ranch style (rambler) in a beautiful well established, tree-lined neighborhood in Arlington, VA just across the Potomac River from Washington DC and all of it's attractions. We have 4 bedrooms (2 queen beds, 3 twin beds) and 2 baths. Wood floors throughout the main level. The house has a large deck looking over the beautiful backyard and play area. Living room, family room (in basement) separate dining room, remodeled kitchen, laundry room and garage. TV (4), cable (Verizon FIOS), computer, hi-speed Internet access, WiFi, Wii, Xbox 360 with Kinect, bikes, games, and puzzles for you to enjoy.

Our Neighborhood
Our neighborhood is literally two lights from downtown DC and all of its attractions. It takes 5 minutes to cross the Key Bridge into Georgetown or 10 minutes to get to any downtown DC attraction (White House, Smithsonian museums, Capitol Hill, Arlington Cemetery, Washington Monument, Kennedy Center). We are 10 minutes from National Airport, 25 minutes from Dulles International Airport, 45 minutes from Baltimore/Washington airport. We are an easy day trip to Baltimore, Annapolis, the Eastern Shore, Williamsburg, Monticello or the Shendandoah mountains. Absolutely gorgeous residential neighborhood but with all the necessaties right around the corner (grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants, bookstores etc...) Hiking trails along the Potomac River are literally down the street.

Hannah is 12 and in 7th grade. Dave is a financial/management consultant for a government contractor. Lisa is a realtor, specializing in residential real estate in Arlington and Alexandria. We love this area and being so close to everything. We have 2 indoor cats (Taylor and Bobby) who are both very sweet.
