We live in a comfortable renovated 1869 - four story brownstone townhouse one block from both Bleecker and Christopher Street. We live in the eitire house (designed for 3 residences) and exchange it on a simultaneous or Non-simultaneous basis.

We have a front garden with a great bench to sit & watch the world go by, a 2nd floor rear terrace, & backyard to dine outside. The house has has cable and satellite TV, central air conditioning & WiFi. All 3Kitchens are fully equipped including a microwave ovens, refrigerators, & dishwashers.

Our private Brownstone Townhouse in Greenwich Village, particularly the West Village, has it all. We have 3 different configurations of apartment living within the house, depending on your needs and the number in your group. Our location has neighborhood charm with many of the uptown benefits. A slower pace, a seat in a popular new restaurant on West 4th Street - "restaurant row" with more modest prices than uptown, Jazz Clubs galore, & dozens of off Broadway shows to choose from without leaving our neighborhood. We also have good access to theater tickets. The #1 train that runs from the Statue of Liberty ferry to the Cloisters is 50 meters from our door. 6 other trains are 150 meters away.

We are also walking distince to the new Highline in the Meatpacking district, Soho and Tribeca, and the Piers on Hudson River Park which allows for safe biking, running, and picknicking on the grass covered surfaces. Washington Square Park is also only a few blocks away.

You can really enjoy the Big Apple from the inside & relax in your own private garden at the end of a hectic day of site seeing.

The 3 units are completely independent & are on separate floors, so we have plenty of space for everyone, especially by NYC standards.

Proof of ID - (Faxed coppy of Drivers License or passport)

Proof of ownership or occupancy (Utility, cable, lease or tax bill)

We always speak with our potential swap guests before we finalize our arrangements.

We are not considering any international trips until later in 2014, but could accomodate swap guests on a non-simultaneous basis.

We are planning to visit the Los Angeles Area over a long weekend in February - approx dates Feb 9-14.
We also take many long weekends locally, so if you have something exciting to share in exchange for a long weekend in NYC, send an e-mail.

We purchased a Colorado Epic Pass that we have had great fun using this season.
We are invited swap guests to come to NYC during the winter of 2012 on a non-simultanious basis and we would bank our time with you from now until spring of 2014.
We had Istambul coming this April, Breckenridge in May, Paris in June, San Francisco & Truckee in July a Even with all that, we have plenty of time avaialble for the right offer.

We have lived in Greenwich Village for 19 years & enjoy the good life. We both work for ourselves in different sections of the insurance industry so our time is normally quite flexible. Much of the time it’s just the 2 of us at the building. We are flexible and well season travelers who enjoy both month long treks to foreign countries as well as spontaneous long weekends to local regions. We have taken a couple of trips in RV's thru CA, AZ, NV as well as New Zealand & Australia.
