We offer an 1,5 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment on a quiet, tree-lined side street. It is fully equipped, very bright, 25 square meter living - and dining-room - area with parquet floor, bathroom with shower and tub, balcony facing south, central heating, 4th floor, elevated, friendly, but not intrusive neighbours.

We are 5 minutes on foot from the KaDeWe,the famous department store with the fabulous food department and Wittenbergplatz. Excellent public tranportation,
4 subway stations, numerous buslines. The Kurfuerstendamm and Tauentzien (main shopping drag) are just around the corner. Also many gay and lesbian places within walking distance. The Tiergarten park is within a 15 minute walking distance. The neighbourhood is full of little restaurants and bars. Supermarkets and grocery shopping within easy reach.
