Beautiful and comfortable 2 bed 2 bath condo (1300 sq foot) on one floor with specutaculer view of Paris, Eifel Tour, Sacre-Ceur, Arc de Triomphe and La Seine River right in front.

It is on the 13th floor of modern building. It is very bright and sunny with floor to ceiling windows which faces south-east and south-west. The master bed room faces noth- east with a view of La Defense. There is orange color awnings in the living room which add a charme on sunny days.
Our appartment is all newly renovated and gives very good feeling.

It situates 3 km west of Porte Maillot, west entrance to Paris. 10 minutes walk to nearest metro station (line one). This metro takes you in 6 minutes to the Arc de Triomphe, Champs-Elysees and 10 to 12 minutes to Place de la Concorde, and Louvre without change. We are slightly out of Paris itself (Paris city limit is quite small for a big city), but access to the center is very easy and quick.

Our appartment sitiates along the Seine river. The neighborhood is mixture of appartments, offices, shops, and restaurants, close to La Defense(Manhattan of Paris.) A few minutes walk to our town center called Puteaux where one can find shops restaurants and Open Market on Thursdays and Sundays morning. 5 minutes walk to Bois de Boulonge ( this park is a part of Paris), island in the Seine where we can enjoy all the sportive activities. New swiming complex has great 50m out-door pool which is heated during even winter, with 25m indoor pool, fitness and sauna etc. Entrance to autrout A13 and A14 is very close.

Golfing possibilities are will be welcomed.

We are retired couple of late 60's. Wife, Felicia from Germany, husband, Junichi from Japan. We have 2 grown up sons who live in New York and San Diego.
Felicia likes to read and to play bridge, tennis and golf. Junichi likes to play golf, tennis and enjoy music and both likes to travel and enjoy wine and cooking.
