In a small village of the south west of France, this authentic hundred-year-old small farm is in the middle of the fields and at 15 Kms of the city of Toulouse. To find the house on Google earth lat 43°38'59.81"N, long 1°35'52.27"E
Since ten years, I have restored the house and the beautiful garden. Now, it's a very charmed home with light and spacious rooms totally open on the garden. In the daytime, everyone can enjoy the swimming pool, play ping-pong, rest in the shade of the old trees or have a siesta in the hammock.
The house is also a good base to discover the south west of France. The landscape is wonderful and it's a region very famous for its gastronomy and its wines.
A really good place to stay for holidays !

There are two levels. On the first level there is a charming kitchen, fully equipped with modern appliances and a dinner aera for 6 persons, a laundry room, a large living room equipped with a television, DVD, Hifi ,and with two big windows overlooking the pool and the landscape and finally a small guest bedroom for 2 people (1 double bed) with a shower.
On the second floor, there are one children's bedroom ( double bed), the master bedroom (double bed), a bathroom and a library on a mezzanine.

I can supply a vehicle (citroen picasso, 5 seats,manual tranmission) and I can also manage someone pick you up at the airport, take you to the home and make sure that you are settled in with everything you need. I don’t accept smokers in the house. I will have a gardener take care of pool and either the cats , a cleaning woman for the house twice a week (not in august) so you will not have to bother with this.

I have prepared a special book for you with the adresses of some good restaurants, bars, disco, shops, gastronomy, wines...and for tourism in the aera.

The home is 15 kms of the city of Toulouse and only one hour flight from Paris.

Toulouse is an old city, very pleasant and charming with many good restaurants.The city is very famous for its gastronomy : Foie gras, ,Cassoulet, Armagnac,Gaillac wines....
The region is called Midi-Pyrenées. There are many places to visit: the city of Albi with its cathedral and the Toulouse Lautrec museum, the Cathare castles, Lourdes, the "Canal du Midi", the castle of Carcassone and many old village very pleasant
If you prefer nature, you can do trekking or canyoning in the Pyrénées mountains.

Three hours to the west by car, there is the city of Bordeaux with its famous wineyards and the ocean coast with magificent wild and unspoilt beaches .


Two hours to the east by car, there is the mediteranean coast.


Four hours to the south by car, there is the city of Barcelona in Spain. A famous city with many things to visit : Sagrada Familia, Miro museum, Picasso museum, Barrio Gothic...
