Our Home
We live in a spacious and luminous flat in a 1946 building situated in Salamanca neighborhood. The place has been refurbished in 2010. It has an open living room and kitchen area, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a studio. The kitchen is fully equipped, with dishwasher and icemaker fridge. Washing machine and dryer are in the secondary bathroom. The main bedroom has a queen bed and a flat tv. The other bedroom has for the moment a crib for children up to 30 months old. The studio has a sofa bed. Central heating and individual A/C. Wireless internet connection.
Our Neighborhood
Salamanca neighborhood was built mostly in the XIXth century and nowadays is one of the most important shopping areas in Madrid. We are located right into José Ortega y Gasset street where all the main brands are at (Chanel, Dior, Hèrmes, Tiffany’s). There are a lot of restaurants and places for tapas around us. We are very close to two metro stations (Lista and Nuñez de Balboa, if you want to take a look) and we have very good bus transportation almost to the door. The Retiro Park is a ten minutes walk. We would be happy to provide further information about the neighborhood and local places for eating and shopping.

We have a girl who was born August 2010. We would be traveling with or without her. We are a non smoker couple and we will much prefer non smokers. No pets are allowed, sorry. Arturo is very allergic to cats, so we can't exchange with cat owners. There is no need to water plants, although we would be happy to water yours.

Beatriz started kindergarten in September 2012 so we are tided to school vacations.
Our Destinations
We are currently looking for a swamp for a week or so in August 2013. If you are up for Madrid, get in touch! We are open to suggestions.
