The house we are offering for exchange is in Fort Lauderdale, on a canal right off the
inter coastal. The house of 3000 sq.ft. is in an upscale area called Coral Ridge. It is a four bedroom two and half bath. (but only two bedrooms can be used because the other two are used as an office and art studio.
There is a large outdoor dining patio and a wonderful patio with outside fireplace. looking directly up the canal. There is also a lovely pool with a jacuzzi in a very private garden.

Our Neighborhood
Our home is located on the canal just off the intercoastal with direct access to the ocean. You can sit on the deck by the outdoor fireplace and see the boats pass in the intercoastal. . The living room has 40 feet of french doors that look out onto the pool and garden. There is a major shopping center just two min away and the beach is just 5 min away. This is a nice area called Bayview Drive in the Coral Ridge area. To see exact location, Google Map and you will see it is close to the beach and right on the water with ocean access.

We enjoy spending our winters in this tropical area . Jorge (a retired Architect) has convirted one of the bedrooms into a artist studie where he paints and I (Chuck, a retired Broadway and television designer)) love working on the house and garden.This is the third house that we are rebuilding We have found that it is so easy to enjoy all of the interesting sights and places in South Florida including trips to the Keys and Disney World.
We have two dogs and sometimes we take them with us, and sometimes we leave them at a kennel. We might allow a small pet. This is open to discussion.
We have had many past exchanges and would hope that you take good care of our place as we would do for you.
